Project development and realisation of a residential quarter on a disused industrial site.
Following on from the industrial history of the site, a new interpretation of the "townhouse" type is being developed in its characteristics as a building block of a serially designed residential complex. Based on one floor plan typology, different variants and flat sizes are offered with the same axial dimension of the plots and a repetitive façade.
The use of brick and steel materials found in the industrial context in combination with prefabricated exposed concrete elements are an expression of the serial design approach.
